Sterling silver wire earwrap set with Opals, Labradorite cabochons and pearl. Chain is Sterling silver with moonstone beads.
When worn, should look like the small pict...
That's quite comfortable actually.

Edit : the part that will be closer to your head is smooth and on the part near the inside of your ear you have 3 spiral scrolls that you have to carefully adjust to fit your own ear and they secure the wrap.
I wouldn't play football wearing one of these though but normal life is ok.. Once it fits your ear, you don't have to touch the spirals anymore, just putthe earwrap on/off by slipping your ear into/out.

Silver Ear Wrap by *somk. A forged piece of several spirals in sterling silver soldered into an ear-wrap that connects to the pierced lobe-piece with chains. It's especially astounding to see all the detail and the gemstones and pearls in fullview. The suggester said that she's "awestruck by the details and beauty of this ear wrap.
