Commissioned piece.
I'm not fully satisfied with the setting but here is a sterling silver casting for a Cthulhu and Elder Things ring.
Set with a 5x7 Lightning Ridge grey based Australian opal.
I will change this entry when I'm happy with the results so let's consider it a Work In Progress...
So far, I like the mood.. and the opal ;)

Ever think of doing a tutorial on how you carve your waxes? I am amazed at how detailed you can get it! I've never been able to carve like that!!!

I really like the choice of stone that you put into the setting of the ring. It looks like Cthulhu is weilding a ball
of fire or magma. Incredible job!
